SouthPark Christian Church is a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). The Disciples of Christ was founded in 1832 as one of the first Churches founded in the United States. As an open and affirming congregation, we welcome all people from all backgrounds.

Meet The Team

Rev. Bruce Baker-Rooks

Pastor

Pastor Bruce has served SouthPark Christian Church since September 2015. After spending 20 years in Corporate Travel and Meeting Planning, Bruce enrolled in Andover Newton Theological School and graduated with his Master of Divinity Degree in 2013. Bruce was ordained into Christian Ministry by the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) at Hope Central Church, Jamaica Plain, MA on May 12, 2013

Gene Bledsoe

Music Director

Gene is our music director of over 30 years as our choir director and lead pianist! His seasonal compositions are a treat to hear!

Tanya Brown

Children's Coordinator

Tanya keeps our nursery at the church. With decades of experience working with kids, she also teaches our youth classroom!

Carter Alldredge

Office Admin

Carter heads up our SPCC office, if you ever need online assistance or video game advice, he's your man!
